I went to the doctor to check out a bad cut I had on my arm. She said I'd need stitches, but I asked to do them. She responded, "Suture self."

さすがお医者さんです。sutute self（縫合する）とsuit yourself（好きなようにしなさい）をかけてます。need stiches（数針縫う必要がある）って、自分で縫えって意味で言う医者いませんから。
